捲心菜
捲心菜, usually form round heads of dense green-white leaves around the trunk. A biennial plant grown as an annual vegetable crop for its dense-leaved heads. A delicious food and addition to any soup or fried food. Popular in Asian stir fry for example or perfect for adding in dumplings. Can be used as a side dish sallad.

Red Capsicum, is sweeter in taste than its green and yellow capsicum, they have a slightly higher suger content. They are very rich in Beta Carotine, Vitamin A and C. They are harvested at the latest stage of capsicum growth later than the green capsicum and later than the yellow state of the fruit. Fully ripened they are red in color.

Green Capsicum, is sharper in taste than yellow or red capsicum. Simply put they are unripened red capsicums. They tend to be a little more bitter than their sweeter red counterparts, which have a slightly higher sugar content. They are contain Beta Carotine, Vitamin A and C. Harvested earlier than the yellow and red capsicum that is why they remain in the unripened green color. If left even longer they turn yellow first then red which is the fully ripened state.

Zucchini is often served as a vegetable but as a matter of fact, technically it is a fruit because it comes from a flower. The large yellow flowers are of different sexes but sit on the same plant. The female flowers develop into zucchini when pollinated, the male flowers are often several in number and require bees for pollination to occur.
